INTRODUCTION

PLF series filter is of high pressure type, and used in the pressure line of hydra-ulic system. It can remove all the contaminants from the hydraulic system. The elem-ent of this series is made of glass fibre. it has high e-fficiency and filtration, large dirt capacity and low initial pressure drop. Beta ratio is over 200.

It has two protection equipment which are by-pass valve and contamination indicator. he indicator will act when the pressure drop across element attains adjust-able pressure. The element should be cleaned or cha-nged in time. Compare to other filters, this kind of filter is designed into small size. It can be used in different pressure levels and can be easily installed and the filter element also can be easily changed.

The filter structure has the following characteristics:

1. compared with the same flow filters, compact small size.

2. using a wide pressure range.

3. for easy filter, the user can install space, open the cover, replace the filter, but also unscrew the housing (first put oil) Remove the filter from below.

4. easy mounting: If the user presses the standard flow installation difficulties detachable cover four screws, the cap is rotated 180 degrees. Thus changing the direction of media flow.

5. the filter has a bypass valve and a pressure sender device, double protection. When the filter pollution clogging to import and export value of the differential pressure sender device when the setting value, the sender sender, the filter must be replaced.
